Wow. 1st 3k for a while

Well that was a nice surprise. Determined to get another run in before the big day of I trotted thinking I’d manage my usual 20 minutes. But for some reason I turned right at the top of the incline and then followed my 3 k route. It felt good 😊 so I carried on and apart from stopping to let the tractors past I did my first 3 k run for a couple of months. Woohoo 🎉.

Probably my last run this year as 🤞I have family coming next week to celebrate Christmas all together ( real live people) next Tuesday so I will be busy prepping on Monday. Wishing you a happy Christmas Scruff55, I hope you have a good week with all your family coming next week.Glad you enjoyed your first 3K run for a couple of months, just by coincidence I also ran 3K this morning, although it was my 3rd run of the week, I ran 3K last Saturday and a 5K on Wednesday, my running route passes a small houseing estate with many Christmas lights on both inside and outside in the gardens, I ran past all those Christmas lights with Christmas music 🎶 playing on my headphones, magic, enjoy your Christmas 🤶 🎄
