Starting again ish…….

After graduating a number of weeks ago and doing lots of 30 min runs, over the last few months have struggled to do more than 15 mins - I think more head than legs!

Gone back to week 6 of C25K today and feel like I’ve achieved more and am back to feeling like I can work towards building up again.

I don’t post often but, this place has kept me engaged and I think, without it, I would’ve stopped running. Feeling so good this morning and will carry on and work towards end of week 9 again. Not sure if I should have started further back in the program but, we will see!

Happy Sunday all 😀

Actually, that's not a bad idea to start back at week 6. It's the last of the intervals runs sessions, then taking you on to the continuous ones.

If you need to, you can always repeat days.

Best of luck!

Thank you. I felt it was either go back or stop - my brain was just not in the right place. Now feeling more like I can carry on 😊

Sometimes we just need to go back a bit to move forward, when you have finished maybe have a look at Nike Run Club it’s an app that has lots of guided runs which might keep you motivated

Well done you. I too draw on this forum to keep me motivated. Plus the battle with the mind I find is much harder than the battle with the legs. X
