I was planning my 10k run this weekend and today was meant to be the day. There was a Garmin 10k challenge badge in it! Anyway, when i ooened the blinds this morning it was to a sea of white so I decided to give it a miss.
Actually, I might have been saved by the snow as my last long run was only 8k - so it was pure, badge-hunting behaviour that was driving this. I might have ended up with an injury.
But it was lovely out - all misty and snowy so my other half and I decided on a 3 mile walk together instead. There was a 3 mile walking badge in it, you see?? π€£π
Must do better next week!

It can get frustrating at this time of year when the weather just doesn't seem to understand our running plans πAt least you had a good walk and a badge even if it wasn't there one you were hoping for
Actually by the time we set off I really could have run as the road was clear. But I had doubts in the back of my head about pushing on to 10k - so it was probably just as well.
