My running has taken a bit of a break due to some metatarsal challenges, but I am still doing gentle workouts. And like last year β¦ I have put together a seasonal weekly countdown challenge for working out, so great for adding a bit of cross training as we count down to Christmas and get into the seasonal spirit!
