Morning, got my 7 km run in before rain came. My time was 57 min 03 . My 5 km time was 39:37 Garmin says PB so I’ll take it. I decided to have a go and run without walk breaks and managed it. My splits were 8.49 8.34 8.04 8.00 7.50 8.04 7.43 . I was in for negative splits but the 2nd last one was up a hill, should have tried harder. It was chilly and breezy at 6.30 am but wore windproof jacket on top of T-shirt . Warmed up later in run . Mr D was walking when I saw him he pulled a muscle in his buttock with slipping in bath and he felt it in his run, another injury, hopefully this one will heal quicker. Back to my usual porridge and fruit.

Sorry about Mr D, I hope he recovers quickly, that was a good 7K run for you, almost negative splits, good that you kept warm wearing your wind proof jacket.
