Run in rain

A damp 5k this morning... Progression run apparently, according to Ms Garmin. Was looking for all the rainbow colours...got stumped by indigo tho I did see violet on a board with a photo of Heathers! Orange was an old vw in a campsite👌 ended with a 🏊 in a wild sea. Saw this beautiful peacock later on when helping a friend with 2 collapsed beehives.

Nice run for you today Mormor1, that's a lovely photo of that peacock, I often see peacocks when I am running at Dunfermline parkrun.

I never see them so it was pretty exciting to see such an exotic bird.

There are several peacocks in Pittencrieff Park Dunfermline, they are quite a tourist attraction in the summer, there is a café in the park named "The Peacock Rooms Cafe"

More just a dip as too rough to do more than dodge waves breaking....but works as a cool down and helps prevent itching...
