I will hopefully be on Week 3 of the 5-10k plan next week. Struggling sometimes in the week as I’m tired from work. Trying to make a conscious effort to get to bed earlier. 😴

Certainly is

In the weekend I run 2 hours after breakfast. But on weekdays I run after work too. It is much harder and those gremlins often whisper to just skip it that day...

Yes, definitely gremlins saying you are too tired to do this, wait until tomorrow!!

Bloomin’ work eh!!! I go to bed at 9pm on the dot which means I can get up really early to run or go to the gym. It takes a bit of practice but it’s really worth it and means I don’t talk myself out of running after work. I treated myself and went to bed at 10 last night - it was Friday after all 🤣.

I can’t go early in the morning now as I start work too early! I need to make sure I go to bed earlier though. 😀
