Ok I’ve been stalling since completing C25k in March. Still running but need a new goal. I’m thinking a 10k in September October. Is there a similar guided programme to 10k that I can pick up which gives a weekly programme to build you up to a 10k? Thanks

This is basically 2 plans in one , There is the 10k distance plan in red or the time based 60 minute plan in green

Yes that’s very helpful I’ll go for the distance one I reckon. I like this and hopefully bar a Cornwall break I can stick to this and hit my target of a 10k this autumn many thanks!
