Grandson came again with me this week he says he needs to build his stamina up ready for his navy medical, he has to do 2.5k in 12 mins 16 seconds.
I just need to build up everything, today's run wasnt nearly as good as last Saturdays I must be having an off day or in my case it's been an off week.
I am taking my daughter in law to matlock for 2 nights next week for her 50th birthday so perhaps the rest will also do me good, then I can get back in track afterwards.
