I am not sure, there is the ju ju magic plan on here and I run to the nike running club guided runs sometimes, hope you find something that works for you , in the beginning someone told me to increase distance by 10% per week to get to 10k safely without injury
The thing about podcasts is that they have fixed time lengths. Everyone runs at a different pace, so doing one for 10km would be impossible without automating the prompts inside some sort of distance measuring app (like Nike Running Club does). It would however be possible to do a timed run podcast to build someone to an hour.
Nowster has explained why 10k apps are problematic.
I highly recommend Magic Plan on here, which I used, in conjunction with the free version of Strava.
Others like Nike Run Club, though guided runs aren't my thing.
