Well I decided last night that I would get up and run this morning but it needed to be early to avoid the heavy rain 🌧 that was forecast. So I jumped out of bed at 7 and was out of the house by 20 past. Stretches done ✅ warm up walk ✅and off I went. Enjoyed a chat with the new cows as I went by and then it started raining 🤔shall I head home 🏡 definitely not I wanted to run for a bit longer today to see how my hip held up so i carried on for a full 30 minute run 🏃♀️ and then walked home. Hip seems ok 👌. Still waiting for injection but have got a date now so roll on 11 November 🤣🤣🤣🤣happy running everyone 🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️🏃♀️🏃♂️
