Decided to walk the 2 miles to the gym this week thought I would save my fuel and do the warm up walk.
Mondays run was fine walked Tuesday, Wednesday couldn't be bothered to do anything, I was feeling miserable the bungalow we were buying the people decided to take it off the market so we are back to looking again.
This morning I decided to walk opened the door it was raining so went back in for my car keys.
Got to the gym and decided to do the treadmill instead of running round the town it was raining.
What a boring run but so elated am I in trouble Mr instructor? I was so busy watching the km that I forgot to look at the time. I walked fir 5 mins then jogged got to 4.9km and had to stop I wasnt a puffing Billy any longer but my legs were beginning to ache a bit.
Oh my goodness I had jogged for 40mins and to think 12 weeks ago II could barely do 90 seconds . It wasnt the 5k I was hoping for but that will come in time.
Mr instructor do I now go back to 30 minutes only or stop when my legs ache?
By the way the programme works and I'm feeling fantastic for being able to jog
