You spoke to me at the start then I had to guess I had done my 5 min warm up, did I upset you, ah no there you are you have done 5 minutes keep it up you say then disappeared again.
Its lonely without you Laura but I will keep going I must have done 20 mins now, what time did I set off oh well if I nip through the park to the gym that will be about 30mins.
Oh dear Laura the toilet is calling and I'm not there yet, I know I will lengthen my stride but not run fast, hey this is ok better than it was before.
I will just go a little further then walk back to the gym as my cool down, must stop thinking about the loo. I miss you Laura but I'm doing it.

Maybe you can try NikeRunningClub (NRC) with their guided runs? There are several coaches you can chose from, I like the rambling of Coach Bennett for example. It's not Laura, but he can keep your mind from things?
Well done on your run !As suggested by Hidden the you might find the guided runs in the NRC app usefull , it has both timed and distance based runs guided by different coaches
If you prefer kilometres to miles on Strava, doggytail, you look for the cogwheel (settings) icon at top right of the Home page. This will open the menu and under Preferences there’ll be Units of Measurement. Just tap the distance line and it’ll toggle between Miles and Kilometres. Leave it on the units you prefer and click Home again.
Your friend Laura has taught you well and is now gently letting go of the strings..... You are smashing it... Not sure how you run and go to the gym!...... But good on you for doing so. You are doing so well,
