Hi all. Did anyone else take part in the Manchester 10k today? I managed a time of 1 hour 4 minutes. I’m feeling very proud of myself! πŸ˜† It was a great atmosphere. I hope you had a great run if you were there.

Not today's Great Manchester Run.

I'm doing the "We Love Our NHS City of Manchester 10K" in Heaton Park on October 31st.

Maybe next year I might enter either the 10k or the HM.

64 minutes is a great time.

The elite runners did it faster than I'd do a parkrun!

Congratulations to you Marcomanc on competing in the The Manchester 10K, you finished with a great time, I watched on BBC 1, during a short break there was a promotion for C25K.
