Well mine came suddenly. I was in a holding pattern for a while and then suddenly it was no big deal. I wish a no big deal moment for you also

When I started the bin men were cheering me on to run 60 seconds so I’m not a top runner! I just plod slowly and repeat often and suddenly I stopped noticing the time and had less niggles. Iwish you the best with your aspirations
