Thank you, Al. I’m in France and it was the town 10km run partly in rough hills. I’m just delighted to have finished.

Congratulations. In the last post I read by you you were uncertain about entering because it was so steep so congratulations for completing!!

Many thanks. I worried about it for much the night! Decided to do it. It was the most difficult run I’ve ever done, and that includes my local 8 hill 16km killer and my solo half marathon. I came in after the time limit but they’ve had the grace to put me in the results. I made friends with the tail runner who was on a mountain bike!!
