So completed week 2 of 10 is the magic number, finished with the 5k. Ran to the sea front and 2 German teenagers started to jog alongside me, l was expecting the worse, having a laugh at my expense. But they just wanted to run with me, they were on a football tour and the best thing was l could hold a conversation with them! I have done all my couch 25k solo and every run since, l always wondered if l could run and talk!!

Week 3 starts on Sunday morning. ☺

That sounds like fun. Were you talking in English or German?

They were probably from the national squad and too ashamed to go home... You are not not only a completely brilliant runner, but a bilingual and multi-national one at that. Go you!! xx
