It really does, i’m going to persuade Willow that we need to run along there although a little further than we usually drive for a run it’s about 8 miles away

I just haven’t time at the moment meant, staff shortages mean i’m working extra but the extra money is nice, i can see new running shoes in my future 😂 xx

I’ve been running with friend and she is aiming to run for longer than Willow wants to so I might get enough training in, trouble is every year i’m older

Yes, sadly that’s something we can’t avoid - but we can hope that the running will hold it at bay for a bit longer! 🤞🤞
