Went out at 7 am today to get one in before the big rains .. only did half my usual routine but upped my pace quite a bit and think I’ll keep doing that for a bit to see if it will translate into quicker splits in later runs .. feeling happy and now off to work 😃

Glad you enjoyed your run and makes you feel happy and energised. Was out on my usual 4 km walk at 6.30 before work and got a sting on leg , ice pack on ,sore just now hopefully will ease off. Have a good day 😊

That’s great, we found we were going slower and slower so did some shorter faster runs and found we were faster after that

Yes I was slowing down too so this might be an answer not that I’m preoccupied with timings .. just glad to be standing upright if I’m honest 😂

I’m happy to be able to run. but we were going so slow not even breathing hard so I wanted to speed us up a little, our fast is most people’s very slow anyway
