Slow 10K

Went out for an undetermined length run last night and after 4/5km felt good so turned into regents park and ended up running 10km through the sunset - it was light when I went in and dark when I came out!

Kept things slow and really enjoyed it!

It wont take you long! Having something nice to look at really helps with the run - coming round a corner to see the sun setting over an iconic view with great music in your ears is a great motivator!
