Went out for a 5k and felt so good at 5 decided to push on and got to 10k still feeling great.

No aches or pains this time. It was cramp that stopped me getting to 10k last week.

Very pleased with this achievement as I hit 71 in a few weeks.

Looking forward to finally getting my 10k award.
