Well we were supposed to be out with the grandchildren today but daughter phoned to say they had sickness 🤮 bug. So I thought as I was awake I would get up and run today rather than tomorrow. Off I went and my was it breezy up the hill( tiny incline🤣🤣) round the bend and woooosh it was really blowing. Managed to keep going but it was slow hard work. However once I had turned for home wow what a difference so much so that I carried on down into the village. Total run time of 25 minutes. We’ll see how the hip is later 🙃🙃🤞🤞. Happy running

Well done for getting out there for an impromptu run - isn't it great running with the wind behind you!
