Nice comfortable 5k /30 minutes on Friday. I’m finding that I already need to pop my running lights on and Honey needs her flashing collar and harness for the early morning runs, which is depressing! Already missing the light mornings 😩 I’m also moving soon, which means finding a new route and honey will not be doing running with me in the mornings (which means I have to actually pull myself round, waaa). May change to evening runs but with it being so dark after work, and with it only getting darker as we go into the winter months, I’m not sure if I’ll want to run in the evenings. Anyway, good run from Friday. Consolidation run 7 tomorrow ✅✅✅

Nice 6th consolidation run for you and Honey your dog, yes, it's no longer mid summer, the mornings and evenings are now getting darker, you could start your running or walking with Honey a little later as you are losing 15 minutes of daylight a week at both ends of the day.
