45 min recovery run with NRC

Morning runners! Happy Friday to you all!

Started the day with a gentle 45min recovery run, with NRC half marathon training (9 weeks to go) managed about 7.6km.

Kept it steady and still managed a reasonable pace, didn't want to hit zone 5 on the Garmin at all but may have crept in on the up hills once or twice.

Got home to be told I'd got another local legend on Strava, that's 4 now I have to defend 🤣🤣🤣

I feel like going again if I'm honest! I'm sure speed runs tomorrow will knock the enthusiasm out of me though 🤣

Have a great day!

Super well done Jericho2332, and you are very brave for running down the Alley Of Dog Sh*t!!! Getting a local legend badge is always nice too. Hurrah! 😊😊😊

Thank you! I think the alley gets a lot of bad press, I never see any of the things it's named after! 🤣🤣🤣 Whoever named it must have had a bad experience lol
