A Short NRC Recovery Run

So just a short recovery run today following my intervals run on Wednesday.

Just enough to keep the legs going and the heart pumping (well, actually I'm hoping the heart would have kept pumping anyway) 😁

This was just a 15 minute local run , and an enjoyable one also .

It's good to mix up the running times, distances and paces .

This combined with the James Dunne 30 day challenge is certainly getting results .

A rest day tomorrow and maybe a longer run over the weekend 😬

Excellent, mixing things up is the way to go - good for fitness and it stops you getting into a rut πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ πŸ˜ƒ

Absolutely, I always used to do this after C25K, I followed this up to 14k then for several reasons I got out of the habit .But this now combined with the JD challenge is keeping me motivated and back on track 😁

Hurrah πŸ˜ƒ! I love recovery runs, and I’m so relieved your heart kept pumping 🀣. That and your 30 day challenge seems to be working a treat.

I bought this evil looking thing yesterday to add to my stretching routine - now I think about it, it looks a bit like a covid germ 🀣.

Dastardly knobbly thing.
