Cool morning 5k.

So this morning was a lovely fresh ,cool run and I managed to knock some time off Friday’s time. Not excellent for a 5k but it’s better than nothing. So of course didn’t see anyone to chat too so that helped😂😂😂.

Anyway tried mixing it up a bit. Did a bit of fartleck,speed walking 😂that was weird🤔. I did have some fast running moments too so all good. Left garmin at home and just used NRC app. I’m finding it much better as it will automatically pause if for example your climbing over stiles into fields etc ,then as you start runnnig again or even walking it will resume the activity.I much prefer this as you don’t need to think about did I save my run or have I post it😂😂

Anyway have a good Sunday all.

Ours will be spent watching the Olympic Games and the Harry Potter this evening......with popcorn 😂😋😋.

That sounds like an interesting and varied run. Did you know that you can set your Garmin to auto pause when running?
