Got up 5 o clock this morning feeling good about my run had a bru did my warm up exercises out I went, lovely morning just the right conditions for a PB so I went for it trying to beat a 10K time of 105.39, last 3 miles was really picking the pase up that final mile was tough but I did it smashed 👊👊 it by 3.82 minutes new PB 101.57 over the moon with that time..😪😪

Wow! Well done, that's a great PB. I went out at 6am for a 3k run and it was getting to be too warm then. x
