Hello all

First time posting on this site, I completed c25k back in April and since then I have been consolidating. By pure chance I fell in to this today as it was too hot, so I decided to do week 1 run 1, all completed and still very slow.

Hello and welcome to the Bridge 😁When you say b210k week 1 run 1 are you referring to Ju ju's magic 10 plan ?

If so, it's a great plan , enjoy it 😁👍

Hi, no I have not heard of that one. I saw one on the net about running 10mins x 4, total of 53 mins. Can you tell me more about Ju's plan?

Sure , the plan is designed with 2 parts .1. A time plan to get you running for 60 minutes.

2. A distance plan to get you running to 10k

You can do which ever you prefer

Good for you for consolidating, it really will pay big dividends for your future running and every run builds stamina and strength. Running slowly is the way to go, not just in this heat either 🥵
