W2R3 - 18 runs to 10km!

It’s another hot one and I’ve only had a one day gap since my 5km run (I usually do two days before the longer run but not possible this week due to family obligations) so I thought the slowing down would be easier today and I did start off at a better pace than usual. I picked up speed as I went round and ended at 7:24/km, which is actually a fair bit faster than I did the 5.5km run last week, oops! Enjoyable run though, 6km done in 44:26.

Thank you! I definitely started better and I was ok at the end of the run so I think the pace was about right for me and I’m probably not going to hit my ‘slow’ target but I definitely feel better now I’ve given myself a goal to work towards, even though I’m not quite getting there!
