Quick run this morning, quick as my path was barred by an invasive field of rapeseed encroaching ON MY PATH!!!! How dare it!
But loved my new 3/4 leggings and ran in my relatively new shoes and Injinji toe socks, this time with only one layer as I usually run with two layers to avoid blisters. But this felt like a great, airy, energetic and bouncy run.
But I did loop back a bit earlier, giving me a perfect 30 min run, one of the fastest in recent times. No pics as I ran with belt rather than vest, with phone not being as accessible. And yes, water included! 💦
It also brought me a Conqueror postcard with images of beautiful Scottish waterfalls (I’m jealous of anyone living up there) and I also realised that Zombies, Run had dropped its Zombies, Don’t Run offer, which has ★ biking ★ challenges, stretching, climbing and ★ rowing ★ challenges! 😃😃😃😃🚴♂️🚣🏼♂️🧘🏻♀️🧗🏿♂️
I can’t wait to try these. “Don’t-run” challenges seem to be very fashionable at the moment as End-to-End has also dropped a cycling long distance challenge.
So plenty virtual challenges for runners who cross train with cycling and rowing!
