A little light run after a busy day 😊

I'm keeping my daughter Dabby-dot company on her C25K journey. W1R2 was scheduled for today and she was super keen to run, so after work for us both (weekend job for Dabby-dot, vaccination centre for me) we headed out. She said the run felt easier today and she was certainly able to natter plenty as she ran! 😆

Heavy, heavy rain clouds were gathering towards the end of our run, so instead of adding an extra loop for myself, I headed home with Dabby. I enjoyed my light run, but having been on my feet all day, my body battery was running a bit low. I shall sleep well tonight 😴, but so will Dabby 🛌 😉!

Well done to both of you but especially your daughter Dabby on completing run 2 of week 1, if she can "natter " during the run she is running at a comfortable pace. 😊 🏃🏾

That’s great you both got out, running round work is tough so it’s good you can go for a shorter run and still feel it’s worthwhile, i love shorter runs sometimes
