Well I'm not a physio, but I suspect trying to speed your recovery up may delay your recovery in the long run. I'm getting over some injuries and I know how frustrating it is...
I agree with Lizcanrun the fastest way to recover is to not run too soon. Rest up, maybe add some support strapping, and plan some new routes in your downtime. Happy resting🤗

In the meantime, why not do some Strength and Flex work that doesn’t use your knees? We have quite a few workouts for this in our sister forum Strength and Flex.
