8K 💪🏻

So yesterday I laced up my trainers and set out in between showers with an 8K goal - building on my 7.5K the week before.

I have been targeting hills as I have found this to be the most effective means of improving my stamina- there are hills I breeze up now that would have stopped me a few weeks ago. The route I chose had over 100m of hills and My pace was slightly quicker, but it felt great and I am very proud 😀

10K is in sight!

Well done on your 8k.And your hill work will certainly pay dividends !

I'm sure that 10k is just around the corner .

Or just over the hill 😁

Happy running !

Great work, fantastic hilly 8k at a great first time pace, well done. 10k is definitely just over the next hill. Happy running 🤗
