Ha ha regarding the beard CC, remember the photo I posted at Christmas with Holly, the length of the beard in December was just over 9 inches, now it is just over 12 inches and showing no signs of slowing down, there is a 17 years old college student living near to where I live, her long dark hair extends down to her waist and also shows no sign of slowing down.

No man really knows how long his beard will grow, its all down to genetics, same with a female regarding length of hair, that girls mother has also got long hair, however, her hair is only half the length of her daughters, of course she may not allow it to grow or it just doesn't grow any longer, I don't know her all that much to ask.

Glad you like the photo Dylan, I have had my beard for six years but I trimmed it down to 3 inches in December 2019, since then I only trim the top of my sideburns and keep the mustache trimmed to half a inch.

I am glad that you like my new T Shirt and medal Birdlady64, I do think the shirt suits me, as for the beard, I only started growing it when I was 69, I wanted to grow one as a teenager but my parents would not allow me, they didn't want me to look like a "hippy" 😂I think Holly the dog is very happy, especially when I take her walks.

Indeed Dexy, thanks for your post, I did promise you that I would report when I ran that London Vitality Virtual 10,000, I didn't realise that I would have to run it twice because my app failed to post my time after the first run which to say the least was very annoying,

Remember last year in May you organised for the runners on this forum a unofficial London 10 000, I took part in that run, it was on Monday 25th May, my time then was 1.13.21, this year the quickest time of those 2 runs was 1.11.40
