I have been using the Nike Run Club app since I graduated from C25k last August. During 2 runs in the sunshine this week, it has been 'pausing workout' and then 'resuming workout' repeatedly during the run even though I have just been jogging at my usual pace throughout. Stats at the end then look like I have done a superfast run! any ideas what is causing this and how to fix it?

Try going to your profile (tap on your initials or picture in the top left corner), then Settings -> Run Settings -> turn off ‘Auto-Pause’.
