It stands for Cape of Good Hope, Jogging and was devised and planned by a lovely group of HU people as a virtual ultra run from Russia to the Cape of Good Hope. We finish this weekend!

Cape Of Good Hope, this is almost over, since March 1st there have been over 80 people from the Healthunlocked Website running and walking a virtual relay ultra marathon from a town in North East Russia to the Cape of Good Hope, the last official day is Monday 31st May.

Sadly you could have joined us all but the final day is tomorrow, perhaps a walk/run/sail around the world may happen next year, remember the film Around the World in 80 days
