I was very lucky with the weather just now, as it was torrential rain first thing. Although Iโd have run in it, the novelty kind of wears off! Anyway, the clouds lifted and the sun came out, there was a light breeze, and it was just lovely.
I donโt really think about much when I run apart from trying not to trip over or my legs are feeling a bit tired now, but today I was feeling especially grateful to this wonderful community - I think without it I wouldnโt have done half the runs I have, so thank you.
Apparently the weatherโs meant to improve from tomorrow? Iโll believe it when I see it, but if it really is the case, I hope everyone has some great runs this week. ๐ค๐ค๐ค

Fantastic effort, a great 8k in a great time. You are so lucky with the weather. I was ready for the rain today, but forgot to factor in the wind brrr. Happy running ๐ค
How typical Soarky66! I have honestly not known what to wear recently, we seem to have had 10 seasons in one day ๐. Iโm glad you had a dry run though. All the best ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ.
I had to strip down to my sports bra (in a hopefully hidden area) ๐ take my base layer off and vest top back on ๐คฃBut we shouldn't complain, much better than running in the winter months ๐
Thank you Mittymoo! ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐
Well done and no shame in not wanting to run in the rain. I avoid it at all costs. Running in the rain causes me to feel physically bad the rest of the day.
