Iโm so happy ๐ Completed c25k last July, had a few weeks off before Xmas for injury ... so it feels itโs taken a while to get here. Took me 1hr 25 so not breaking any records but what an amazing feeling. All running, some shuffling, no walking.
Spent a bit to time choosing my route and ultimately sacrificed a flatter run for amazing views. A couple of those hills were absolute killers in the last couple of miles but woop, woop! Iโm wondering how long my family will tolerate my random outbursts of glee ๐
