4K done - very slowly. Back after 16 days (didn't want to start back with a wet run on Thursday!) No recurrence of injuries for now. Rain kept off apart from a few drops. Will try another 4K on Tuesday. Must keep up the strength and flex exercises too. Cross fingers I am back on track.
