Hiya,
Had a little run yesterday, a normal weekday 30 minutes run. As often is the case, I wasn't feeling like running until I pulled on my running shoes and stepped outside. Unfortunately I had to start with some heavy wind stealing my breath and I hate wind.
I finished my 30 minutes, hobbling 3,46 km, but it was hard. I had troubles with my breathing, as if I had run flat out and my breathing hurt. It did not hurt before my run or after my run, only during my run. So I don't think it's anything medical, it just was a bad day. It felt in general like a heavy and hard run.
So I'll just add this run to the list of bad runs and kick it in the trash. On to better runs!
