Okay, soppy post alert - I have just done week 4 run 1 - and here is what I learned. Must do hip relaxing exercise before I go for it!

Running outside is glorious!!

I have done this so far on the treadmill - I didnt know I had the confidence to do it outside with hills and crumbling pavements - but I did and it was marvellous. It really inspired me to take my time and enjoy the feeling of the wind in my hair ! I have a job interview today after being out of work for 6 months and this has given me a real confidence boost - so wish me luck and to those of you who are running on treadmills - I would say give it a go outside - I feel like it has change me!!

oh and finally - I did more hip exercises when I arrived home !

Have you tried any pre or post run yoga? I can recommend Adriene Mishler free on YouTube !

Thank you, I will give the yoga a go... nothing ventured, nothing gained. I appreciate it.

Thank you for the tip, I have gone on to Adriene Mishler and attempted some - I am going to go back and do her days of yoga from day 1 - thanks for the advice.
