I graduated on Friday and I’m eager to continue with my running. I’ve read about Ju ju’s magic plan and it sounds very interesting. Would you recommend it straight after graduating from couch25k? Are there any podcasts or apps you would recommend as I will miss listening to Jo Whiley supporting me on my journey.
Many thanks.🤗x

Congratulations on graduating from C25K, after you run several 30 minute consolidation runs you try the Stepping stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina, next if you wish to run a 10K try Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan, not an app but a training course a little like C25K, Google Ju Ju's Magic 10.
Well done graduate 👩🎓! A lot of people, me as well, swear by the Nike Run Club app. There’s tons to choose from, including 30 minute runs to help you consolidate. All the best! 🏆🏃♀️🦶👟🎉
Congratulations. I did 3 months consolidation and have still found JuJu quite tough. I am up to 9k now but have had to take a step back as I was just about done for at this distance I read on this site that on completion of C25K you have only run for just over 8 hours in 9 weeks so getting up to 10k and therefore probably well over an hours running in one go is a big step. Take it steady but good luck.
Thank you very much for your advice, that sounds very sensible. I’m definitely going to take it easy, I’m starting my consolidation runs next week. Many congratulations on your success, 9k is an excellent achievement!! Well done!!xx🤗
