I try to get at least a 5k nd two 10ks a week if I can, be 10k tomorrow morning, I'm just coming back from a slight knee injury so taken it easy for a bit..

That’s fab - 25k a week sounds loads to me..😝

I’ve been doing 2x7k’s during the week and 1 x 10/11k on a Saturday which I feel is enough for me for the foreseeable.

Well done keep it up, 😀 you will soon be running 10k in no time, my goal is to complete a half marathon by the summer is out if my injury holds out..

Thank you sparky66, I was indeed - raining here now. Was a comfortable pace. My shorts were a bit annoying though so may have to look at getting some new ones x
