I remember when I decided it would be good to learn how to run. I downloaded it and attempted 20mins.ππ€£π I think I ran for 50 secs and walked the rest; then I stopped running. Luckily -a a few months later, I found the C25k app, and it was just the best! Every week was a step closer to being able to run better and longer. πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
It was only in week 8 when I began to record my run, but the 6-month badge is a nice touch. Does this mean I can start running daily?
Today run was at 6.20 am, a nice 5K in the neighbourhood down to the park, up the hill, and I thought I might try a new road...I discovered a tennis club I didn't know existed! π€Oh, the things that we discover on our runs! πππββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
It is, for several months I couldn't ππΎ run on some parts of my running route because it was flooded, recently with the dryer but colder weather I have been running on that part as it is no longer flooded.Tomorrow I intend to go a 10K πΆ walk before lunch and after that I will go for the first time this year a short π² bike ride. π
Your day sounds epic, so glad your running route surfaced- albeit in the colder weather! 10k and a bike ride, your living life to the full AlMorr sending βοΈβοΈπ€οΈ
Rather than crash starting running every single day, experiment with running a pair of days in one week (short, easy runs), with the other runs in the week being every other day, and see how you feel at the end of the week.
Happy runniversary to you. Run every day can be achieved at 6 months if they are short runs and you stop if your body tells you to, keep running, be happy
We are thanks, we are just going for a short easy run because our colds are hanging on a bit, we are doing nike run club guided runs and instead of feeling it wasnβt far we get to the end all enthused to go again soon Have a lovely day
