Nice slow and short come back Run, got to take it real easy but at least back out. I have 2 Partially prolapsed Discs that are crushing a nerve so I don’t always have a idea of what my Right leg is doing, it is always saying it is painful and numb, but of course that is the nerve damage not a real signal, takes some getting used too.
