Food morning runners, it's Friday! I hope everybody well.
Two runs in one round up today, Tuesday I went out for a 10k and felt slow and heavy throughout! I actually did something I've not done since I started running ... I quit at half way! My stubbornness will usually never allow this behaviour but I'd just had enough and felt guilty as I trudged the remainder of the 10k home at a slow walking pace ๐
Today I'm still not feeling it, legs heavy and no pace in them but still went for a 5k in 29:30. Only just sneaked in under 30 mins when I'm hoping to be getting closer to 25mins.
Glad the runs done though, done now until next week. Weekend drinking on the cards ๐๐
Have a good weekend everyone ๐๐ป

Ah that slow walk home, Iโve been there! I find it particularly strange as when it happens (thankfully rarely) itโs not normally because Iโm in pain or exhausted, just one of those canโt be bothered days, even though you then have to walk the same distance home anyway. It makes no sense. ๐
