Morning everyone,

Has anyone seen Sparky66, i was waiting at the start line today, but she was nowhere to be seen! 🤔🤣

Anyway, lovely weather out there today, but not too warm either, went long sleeve, one layer. I've not posted much this week, did a 7k tue, 5k fri, so decided on a 10k today, which felt pretty comfortable, and from somewhere, managed a PB 1:15:31, and got a km under 7 mins, which is fast, for me, just think i was in the zone, and the hip niggle w

as behaving, so all good!

Thanks Julia, hope i wont regret the extra pace later, certainly wasnt planning a faster run, but had notifications on for each km, and new they were under 8, so guessed it might be quite fast.

Good to hear your hip niggle is behaving, its weird how as runners we become so much more aware of our bodies and their niggles.Sounds like a great week off running you've had and rounded off with a 10k brilliant 😊

Thanks, yep, so far everything behaving, think my resting feb/march has helped, even found some more pace! 🤷‍♂️
