Sunshine!

I wasn't sure if I would be able to run today but my niggly hip was feeling OK and the sun was shining so I took my chance to get out for a short plod. Fitbit says I ran at peak heartrate for almost the whole thing so I must have been working harder than I meant to - I was aiming for an easy pace! Just so nice to see the sun and feels like Spring has finally arrived. ☺

Great run in the sun and glad your jiggly hip holding up. I sometimes find my HR has nothing to do with what I think of the run 🤣🤣🤗

I'm never sure how accurate it is, to be honest! But there's a definite pattern, I usually have way more "peak" time at Parkrun than when I run on my own.

Thanks WillowandSola, definitely glowing as I had just run up the hill! Sorry to hear your feet are causing problems again, hope they settle down very soon for you. It was lovely seeing all the signs of spring - blossom out and daffodils everywhere. Makes such a difference!
