What a view when I went out the back door for my 5km run. Like Xmas. I knew I was doing slow jogging this morning and this slippy weather helped -1 temperature.,Snow on pavements and roads and frozen over in bits. Gritters caught out this morning. Baby steps and slow jogging think cadence was ok 166 average to 180 maximum. I enjoyed it nevertheless and ran it in 40.57.

Beautiful!

Here it is snowing again too, luckily it's not staying. Really weird weather, I know that in the past I have sat outside in shorts in the sun early April. And now snow and sleet. Weird...

Baby steps and slow jogging are thé way to run in this weather, you have it very right! And despite not being able to run normal, it is enjoyable, no?

Yes I quite like this slow jogging baby steps like the Japanese running. Doing this just now as hip and groin feeling tight and thought these shorter steps will be ok . Will try and do some stretching as well😀
