Just posting for fun ! These look pretty huge mountains, eh ?! 🏔🏔🏔
But the total elevation gain was 71 metres (only ?) i don’t know what other people do on their runs - this was just 35 mins, 3 miles ‘cadence drill’ workout in the middle (4 bursts of 30 seconds up to 200 steps per min with 30 seconds recovery between). I just love the colours in my chart ! Can you spot where I had to stop at the traffic lights to cross the road ?!? (Hint - near the beginning !).

Wow Juilet202 that's a definite run across the Alps ⛰️🌋🏔️🏞️ great hill session and what a workout 👍
I have absolutely no idea how to interpret it either. I can understand my freebie Strava stuff but that's about my limit. I'm beginning to think a running watch would be wasted on me!
My max for elevation is about 20m in the middle of a longer run, the equivalent of just one of your peaks. 160spm is about my average running cadence too.
Just call me Speedy Gonzales ! But it’s just for 30 seconds and repeated 4 times - couldn’t keep it up longer ! Certainly couldn’t do it uphill either !
